The Collective
Original work comes from difference. Different instincts. Different references. Different ways of seeing the problem.
Confidence matters because originality requires exposure. People need enough trust in themselves and in the environment around them to contribute ideas that may initially feel unconventional or unfinished.
As a director, part of my responsibility is identifying what is unique in how someone thinks and creating conditions where that perspective can strengthen the work. The goal is not alignment through sameness. The goal is stronger outcomes through difference.
